干yan的中、西医治疗进展

摘要：干yanDED的发生是由于泪ye分mi不足或泪ye蒸发速度过快，或者是由于泪ye的质量问题，导致yan睛表面缺乏足够的runhua和保shi，是最常见的yan表面疾病之一。而随着干yan的发病率逐年上升，国内外中医、西医对于干yan的治疗方法有了新进展和新突破。中医在传统治疗的基础上，运用内服方药、外用膏剂、熏蒸、针刺疗法、xue位anmo等治疗方法与现代医学相结合共同治疗干yan。同时，在2022年亚洲干yan共识便提chu了泪mo导向型治疗的新概念，因此近几年的研究方向多是利用药wu或激光以保存泪ye、减少蒸发并增加泪ye分mi，最终达到治疗干yan的效果。本文就近5年中西医治疗干yan的研究进展进行综述，以期为干yan的治疗提供参考。

Abstract:DryeyesyndromeDEDisduetoinsuffittearsecretion，excessivetearevaporation，orpoortearquality，leadingtoielubricationandhydrationoftheocursurface.Itisohemostonocursurfacedisorders.Astheprevalenceofdryeyetiorise，therehavebeennewdevelopmentsahroughsireatmentofdryeyeinbothtraditionaleseaernmedie.Intraditionalesemedie，alongsideventionaltreatments，methodssuchasorallytakenTCD，topients，fumigation，acture，andaassagearebihmoderotreatdryeye.Additionally，the2022AsianDryEyesensusintroduovelceptoftearfilm－orieherapy.Therefore，retresearchhasmostlyfocusedonutilizingmedicatioreatmentstopreservetears，reduceevaporationandiearsecretion，ultimatelyachievingeffectivedryeyetreatment.Thisarticleprovidesaprehensivereviewoftheprogressireatmentofdryeyesyndromeoverthepastfiveyearsinbothtraditionaleseaernmedie，withtheaimofinsightsforthetreatmentofdryeye.
